I bought a ton of jalapeños for a great price and that same week a customer brought in a bunch of lemons. So I decided to make the aguachile salsa for the first time. The jalapeños weren't too spicy but you can still taste the chile. I'm looking forward to tasting the salsa with shrimp. I still have a lot of lemon juice left so I'm thinking of making a yummy lemonade. This will all have to wait for Sunday. Can't wait!!
